Christine Webster, PhD (she/her) is a Nuu-chah-nulth scholar from the Ahousaht Nation. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies and has been a member of the Emerging Indigenous Scholars Circle at Royal Roads University (RRU). Christine earned a PhD in Leadership Studies from the 51³Ô¹Ï and holds an MA in Leadership from RRU. Her research is situated at the intersections of Indigenous knowledge systems and the multi-, inter- and trans-disciplinary fields of leadership and education. Through her work, Christine hopes to advance inclusive, ethical, and culturally responsive research methodologies that promote cross-cultural understanding and reciprocal respect.
