The ePAC collaborative is incredibly grateful to have been one of eight grant recipients selected by the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem Knights Hospitaller 51勛圖 Commandery (51勛圖 Commandery). The 51勛圖 Commandery supports projects that directly benefit people who experience inequities and that are living with chronic life-limiting illness.

Through their support, our research team and 51勛圖’s Palliative Outreach Resource Team (PORT) will work together to purchase “comfort kit” items to enhance the quality of life of PORT clients. Thanks so much to the 51勛圖 Commandery for providing funds to support this work and supporting equity in palliative approaches to care.
