Updates: Revising the RM Policy and Procedures

The Directory of Records has been updated effective December 2019.

Updates to the Directory of Records.

One of the challenges with email is the sheer volume. Before you know it, your in-box is jammed with a collection of important, not-so-important and not-even-close-to-being important email. This information brief provides a step by step method of cleaning up that collection.

To control costs, manage risks, and maintain efficiency in our work, we want to keep only the information that is truly required. This information brief also explains some of the principles behind how we decide what records to keep.

Renting off-campus housing can feel overwhelming, especially in a new country. In this session, we will delve deeper into the renting process and what to know as you get ready to rent. We will goover applying for housing, understanding rental contracts, and preparing to move-in. We will also discuss staying safe, responsibilities of landlords and tenants, and how to access housing supportresources. Students will also have the opportunity to ask ICS Settlement Advisers any housing-related questions.
